Newgrange is a prehistoric monument in County Meath in Ireland, placed on a rise overlooking the River Boyne, eight kilometres west of the town of Drogheda. Trim Castle is the largest Anglo-Norman castle in Ireland, famous for its massive stone keep and its role as a filming location for Braveheart. People should visit to explore its impressive mediaeval architecture and enjoy scenic walks along the River Boyne in the surrounding historic town.
